I have made countless contacts over the merchants’ website (Good eye glasses) and with the phone number (530) 784-4393 they have on the website. They have a system where you have to create a Service Ticket on-line to process exchanges or refunds. After 16 failed attempts, in July, a Choice Privilege representative provided me a second number in which he too kept me on the other line as he attempted to contact and without success.

At this point, after speaking to Nikita from Choice Privileges card today, Choice would not provide me the information to the bank the merchant uses, otherwise I would of sent a certified copy to them as well, I need this case to be pursued and handled accordingly before I pursue further action. I will not be the victim of a poor consumer transaction.

I need help to find these people and to get my money back.
