Seen the Instagram page on Dennis page that's the only reason why I made a purchase to also support a black owned business. Purchased three bundles and frontal on October 19th was deducted from my account on the 21st. I received an email from good good hair on October 22nd but never seen it till the 26th. The email read potential chargeback risk! Which didn't make sense I sent an email but I decided to call. A lady answered I verified my information. Then she said my order was red flagged because my ip address showed I was in Alabama but live elsewhere! With all common sense you can be anywhere you want to a place an order! That didn't make sense to me! My address and everything was for my order to be sent out! When she said that I knew it was going to be some bull[censored]! She told me to call back Monday because the owner wasn't in! Monday came I called early she said the owner still wasn't there too call at noon. I gave it some time nobody answered the phone! Called next day nothing! Have it a couple days to see if I would receive a tracking nothing! So that's when I notified my bank of fraud and let them know this good good hair company isn't legit! So nobody should waste their time purchasing from this fake [censored] company. You will not receive your hair at all! Don't waste your time.
