Said it was giving away makeup products because The Bay is closing down lots of stores, all you have to pay is shipping fee . I got charged $115.00 few days ago but there were no terms or conditions, said I only have to pay shipping. I cancelled my credit card so hope they cant keep charging me . Credit card fraud guy was not helpful. Contacted The Bay but they say it wasn't them.
