I made an order on 2/2/2021 and now is 13/2/2021 in which I paid 12240 L.E for a package that didn't arrive with no one responding whatsoever.

I ordered 2 items in September 2020 and still have not received them! They have not replied to my inquiries, so I’m contacting the cc company and filing a report with them.

I placed an order 1033.60 LE for a perfume- Amarige 100 mls,3 days ago on Jan 19th,2021.
I tried to reach them by email and Live chat on their site ,they ignored both and removed my words when i asked if this is a scam, today .

I have purchased item in this website on August 31, 2018. They have already send me email saying that my item has been shipped on September 6, 2018. The problem is that the item that they shipped was supposed to be send to DHL eCommerce which I gave them called (DHL eCommerce) saying the whereabouts of my item and they said that they haven't received my item yet and they're not sure why.

I have try to contact the merchant or the customer service in this website and I haven't got no reply nor respond from them.

It has been days that I haven't received my item nor got any respond from the merchant in this website. This website can be potentially fraud or scam. I am not sure since I have look up this website on scam adviser and it seem like the website is new (54%), but the owner is anonymous.
