I received a voice mail that i was listed as a contact for my husband and this is regarding a pending civil case that had failure to respond within 30 days. The voice mail message also left a reference/file number and return phone number of 833-933-3321. When I called the phone number and gave them the reference number, I was told that my husband has an outstanding civil judgment ready to be entered against him for $8302. Supposedly from an unpaid line of credit that was opened from 2015-2017, and with a creditor that he still has an active revolving account with. When I mentioned that we have not received anything in the mail or in writing, the person then started to try to threaten with legal action if we don't pay. I told him we would contact the creditor directly and hung up on him.
