I ordered plants that were on sale. I didn't know they were coming from China. I emailed them saying I didn't want it, but I couldn't cancel my order cause it was already shipped. Well, it took a long time, I couldn't understand the tracking cause it was in Chinese. After a week I emailed them after it was shipped and they said they were coming. After two weeks, I kept emailing saying I still haven't received them and I want to get a refund, the plants are probably dead anyway. They said they don't do refunds, even though their website said it does. They emailed me back saying it was delivered: it wasn't. Then they said, oh well it's at the post office. Which post office!!?? At this point, I'm done. They aren't giving me my money back. And I don't have new plants.
