I ordered a sweatshirt, it arrived not the quality advertised. I have emailed multiple times and asked for a refund. I was only given one response that asked if I would be ok with a 25% off discount on a future purchase instead of a refund. I responded that I absolutely would never order anything from them again and that I would like a refund and have not received another response
