Hello!
Please follow these instructions to receive your Unclaimed Property refund related to the Due Diligence Letter that you replied to.
To complete the attached Wire Form, you will need your bank account information, including:
Your tax ID Number
Your bank name
Your bank address
Your bank account number
Your 9 digit ABA/Routing transit number
Account type: Savings/Checking ( please provide these information in Payment Type section on the Wire form)
Additionally please kindly attach a copy of W-9 form.
If you don’t have access to your company’s bank account information, please ask someone in your finance department to complete the form, and share these instructions with them.
Why are we requesting you to fill out the Wire Form to get your refund?
Because Google does not issue refunds by check, we need you to provide your banking details in the Wire Form so that we can electronically issue your refund directly to your account. The Wire Form is the best way for us to securely receive and protect your banking details.
