I placed a order through this company over 2 weeks ago and nothing. They say to call or email them but they don't answer the phone it shuts off automatically and they don't answer emails. Then they say to chat with a live agent but there is nowhere to chat with live agent. All they do is take your money and you get nothing in return.

Saw the ad on goose creek candles on a facebook ad. Ad was even recommended by friends who love the website on the top of the Ad. Ad took me straight to the goose creek website. Placed order on Nov 12, money was taking out the very same day then emailed 3 days later with tracking # I knew something was up when it was coming from China. Tracked it till Dec 3 when they said it was delivered but it wasn't delivered. Emailed them they said they would do a replacement, then the very next day they said the replacement had been lost too. So lost my money and no candles too. Contacted Goose Creek and they told me it was a scam and was nothing they could do about it. So no help either way.
