I ordered boots online and no issues. When I recieved the boots that I paid $59.95 for they were cheap material & did not look like what I ordered. Emailed that I wanted to return boots & get refund. I was told I could send boots back at my expense but no guarantees for refund cuz could get lost in mail & suggested I pay additional money & get some other shoes from their store,etc. I told them I was reporting them to my CC company along with BBB. They came back & said give me full refund when I told them I was contacting you both. At this point I don't trust them & feel like I'm being scanned.
