Purchased animated planter after seeing TicToc and then going to website. I did receive a tracking number and could track an item being shipped (then found out product was coming from China). What was received were a long white pair of shoelaces, not the planter purchased. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The website now conveniently says "under construction".

Tried to purchase 2 of these for my girlfriend. Says my tracking number was missing so I emailed about it and was told it would be looked into. When the package arrived it contained hand strengthening grips approximately $5.00. When I reached out again to the company the email links are now broken and go nowhere.

I saw the planters on tiktok initially. I went to their website and ordered two. The items never came. What came instead was a seat belt for dogs ( maybe 5.00 in value) Their customer service never responded to me after multiple attempts.
