After placing the order on 8/25/19 , I noticed the paypal merchant name was a person and not a company.
Paypal transaction- 57247279BJ406134W
I immediately sent an email to the seller and asked to cancel order and not to ship. No response
No response to date from seller and the website does not list a phone number.
UPS tracking says item was delivered to another address, I did not receive the item and UPS can't confirm to paypal that per their records the item was not delivered to me. So, I can't file a claim with paypal or UPS and seller does not respond )mail dameon error messages)
