Internet business. I ordered a replica Maltese Falcon - advertised as being authentic in size and shape as the movie bird and specifically said it was 12 inches tall. The bird that was delivered was a toy - less than six inches tall, plastic, and very lightweight. In addition, my initial invoice said 40 dollars, but they billed my credit card 51.00. I contacted the company and they maintain that I received the right product when clearly I did not get the bird they are advertising.
