The man, Larry Breecher, did some asphalt sealing at my house. He wouldn't give me his business name, charged me double the going rate, made me write a personal check to him, and then left. Once he left I found out about the other scams with this 'company' and found that he wasn't licensed with the state of AK.

His license plate number was kbk997 and he drove a white ford truck.
