I purchased Microsoft office for my father for Father’s Day. Said it downloaded- but the product didn’t register the new subscription. So I tried the product key- it said it was opened by an email that wasn’t mean and not valid anymore. I then spend two hours on the phone- after trying to contact Anyone for multiple hours- for him to not know anything to do. I tried to contact again for a refund- and they said a tech will be with me- and I was told just to go to billing- they said to email my complaint.
