Please see below what your work duties include:
A) Handling our US customer payments for the services we provide (Voice communications, AV integration and board room solutions, data and networking infrastructure, project consultancy and system integration, video conferencing and collaboration, security and surveillance). Apart from that, we also actively involve US customer investments in our project in Asia.
Please find outlined below the tasks encompassed in your role:
Regarding customer payments, we currently present two options for our US customers. The first involves an international wire transfer to our corporate bank account in South Korea, which unfortunately results in a processing time of 7 to 10 business days, posing a significant delay for us. The second and more favorable option, frequently utilized, includes Zelle, ACH, or wire transfers to our US-based Service Coordinators. They facilitate the prompt topping up of our Bitcoin (BTC) account with the received amount (minus a 2% commission). This process typically occurs within 24 hours of receiving a transaction from a customer, significantly expediting our ability to proceed with the customer’s order. Consequently, the latter payment method stands out as the optimal choice for both our operational efficiency and our clients' satisfaction.
B) Conducting research activities involves gathering essential information spanning a broad spectrum of subjects, serving the needs of both our internal operations and our customers.
C) Assist in the updating of project files, plans, and policies. This includes reviewing and revising documentation to ensure it aligns with the latest project developments, maintaining accuracy, and facilitating efficient project management.
D) Coordinate data collected from the partners, facilitating smooth communication, and integrating information into project documentation to support effective decision-making.;
E) Disseminate reports to the management team. This involves distributing essential project updates, findings, and insights to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and can make informed decisions based on the latest information.;
We will explore the process of handling customer payments through two Bitcoin wallet replenishment options: utilizing Bitcoin ATMs to fund our company’s Bitcoin wallet via a machine and making cash deposits into various Bitcoin seller business accounts within the United States (where we actively engage with several such companies converting cash to Bitcoin).
