I found the “shop” on Instagram via user @psychorebelxx. She had an entire website set up, would constantly advertise sales, and had other Instagram users posing with the merchandise. I made an order in November 2023, believing it was a real shop, but the only thing I ever received was a confirmation email. The website said it could take 6-12 weeks to receive the products due to manufacturing and shipping times. I reached out to the owner a few times asking when it would be shipped as it had been a long time. Eventually the owner began to ignore my messages. And I noticed that other people who had purchased from them, would make comments on the posts asking where their order was and the owner would delete all of these comments showing the scam. The shop is also set up on Shopify and allows the use of Apple Pay, which is how I paid. Up until now, the owner of the page has been ignoring my messages and comments and I still have never received the $140 worth of product I ordered. I noticed they also use different emails. Another email they use is [email protected].
