I booked a ticket for my mother from Egypt to USA through Swiss airlines following transit at Switzerland and the airlines restricted all B1B2 US visas to enter or transit at Switzerland except US citizens or permanent residents.
So i been calling them to cancel the flight or rebooking with different airlines no answer no refund however I have the option for refund keep me on hold for more than 3 hours and then disconnect the line
