I purchased a replacement battery/pad for our AED. 4 days later I emailed the company requesting an estimated shipping and receiving date. I received no response. Next I call the company and a recording stated the number had been disconnected. Fortunately I had paid using PayPal. I filed a dispute with them. Here is PayPal's response, " It looks like the payment hasn't been claimed because the phone number/email address you sent it to isn't registered with PayPal. I was able to cancel the payment and your money will be return to the payment method you used."
