A week after my order, I had received no tracking number or contact so I reached out to their support to ask for the status. It was at this point that they said they could not ship to me (I'm in the United States) due to some issues. However, it was my lucky day and if I just send them $80 more, they will ship right away and that was at a loss to them.
This was a clear bait-and-switch technique to get people to order with low prices and then hold their order hostage unless they send them additional money.
I have screenshots where it says all of this on the website during the order process as well as the email they sent me asking for 60% more money before they will ship my order.
