Passport Renewal service that is a scam. Went to our local passport agency and they said they never heard of GovAssist company that provided expedited service. Called credit card company and tried to cancel payment but they said that they already posted the transaction and had to dispute the charge. I tried contacting the GovAssist and got recording only and no live person who answers their phone. Tried emailing them to cancel and refund me the payment but they ended up charging me again. I had to call the Bank to cancel my credit card and submit a fraud claim.
