Caller called from (623) 308-5280, obviously a spoofed number because when i called it a recording says that number does not exist. The voice message states there is a legal issue against a person out of the local county and if they are not available to receive legal documents a "legal decision" will be taken if there is no response. They include a reference number but no company name or organization. The number left in the message to contact is (866) 791-1074 and the same person that left the voicemail answers but will not give a company name.
