I attempted to submit two passport applications, and the first website that came up was GovApplySupport. It looks like a legitimate passport government website. After submitting payment for both applications to be expedited, I noticed a paragraph at the bottom of the page that mentions the website isn't a legal site nor a government site...I didn't receive my emailed form as promised, so I contacted their customer service via email. They had a quick reply via email registering the inquiry, but by that time I searched to see if others had dealt with the company. Several commented on it being a scam and/or not being refunded after not receiving their passports. I then contacted my bank to flag the purchases as fraudulent. They froze my debit card and are sending me a replacement. I'm concerned because this company took critical personal information (i.e., SSN, parent's names/maiden names, spouse info, etc...)
