Claimed to be able to expedite passports. The application process was complex and long. They made appointment for following week for a call to finish process. Debit and credit card were declined as this business was outside US I had to call my bank for an approval. On March 27, 2024 attempted to cancel and received an email stating they do not refund.

I am a senior and used this website in error. I was looking for US Department of State to apply for a passport

I’m sure I will not get money back but would like this on record
