Agent David Scott 001, said I won a grant and needed to send $/50 to activate the grant. Said I was randomly picked to get $50,000 but had to get an apple gift card $150, then send more money after I got the grant money delivered to me. Very persistent for me to send mney.

We recently moved to a new county in NE. I was contacted by phone indicating I had missed a court appearance (failure to appear) for jury duty within the Federal System. Because of this, there was an arrest warrant out for me. I was told I could either 1) turn myself into the Federal Bldg at which point I would be detained until I had a hearing (72 hours) or 2) handle according to the civil process so I would not be arrested. I chose the latter, and I proceeded to the bank to withdraw the $1,000 so I could get an eVoucher (Green Dot Money Paks from Baker's or Walgreens). Baker's questioned the amounts I wanted to load to this voucher and said there were scams taking place with those cards. I left Baker's with no pre-loaded card and proceeded to the next option that was presented to me which was to go to a Bond Terminal which they gave me the location of. The person texted me a QR Scan code that I was to use at this bitcoin kiosk (Coin Hub), once I scanned that I loaded $1,000 into the kiosk. I then proceeded to drive to the Federal Bldg and was told by this person that he had made a mistake, it was a $1,000 per change and that I needed to do another $1,000 transaction. I told him no, I was uncomfortable with that and that I felt this was a scam. Of course, he assured me it was not. Because I refused to pay another $1,000 he asked how long it would take me to get to the Federal Bldg and turn myself in. Once I got there I would be detained until a court hearing was held for me. It was shortly after this that I ended the phone call. Another interesting note was that they asked for my odometer reading because they said I would be reimbursed for my mileage. Also told me that I would get the $1,000 back after everything was settled with the courts.
