 Consumer's sister's high-school boyfriend was on messenger and texted her on or about April 15th and said that her name was on a list with his to receive $100,000 from the government. They opened the fund to help the elderly. He gave consumer the phone number and told her to call fast. Consumer was nervous, but he wrote back, "this is a chance of a lifetime" and that she should take it. He wrote back, "Don't waste any more time". This morning, consumer decided to text the number she was told to call by her "friend". The needed her full name. She sent him her full name and birth date to prove to him that she was elderly. Michael Wells wrote back and told her he had to check the list. After he checked and wrote back, "congratulations, you're a winner". He then said for Fedex purposes, he needs her name, marital status, address, and income. Michael wrote back, giving her the photo of the certificate for Fedex. He asked her if she would be home at 2pm tomorrow, May 2nd. He then said that she had to save that image because she had to show it at the door. Michael Wells asked for $2,000, and consumer told him, "you see my income", I don't have that. He then wrote back, "How much can you afford?" Consumer then stopped talking with him.

Michael Wells is now harassing her, not only with texts but with phone calls.

I'm not that experienced with the Internet ,so i get this message from a friend of mine saying there's this government grant thats available and you could qualify for up to $100,000.00 just go to this website : me/grantfederalagentdavidchris.com.So i message my friend and ask him if he thinks this things for real, then my friend responds with YES !!! Im sitting here now figuring on what to do with this money . So i go back to this website and give them my phone no. and e-mail address . Then i was told that i qualified for the grant and if i wanted the money in cash or check,well then i got suspicious so went and visited my friend and come to find out it wasn't even him i was communicating with . Here the vultures hacked through his fb account and got to me. So anybody out there get anything like this call or go pay visit to the person who sent it to you. They really make it look good too, on the website there's agent David ***  standing with the flag and dressed in uniform .Im sure the pictures stolen too from some poor individual. So just wanted to share in case these low-life vermon riddin snakes show up at your address .

Said I won 9000 dollars - keep asking me to send money to claim it. Ricky Baxter is the agent who says to claim it, but I've talked to other people that read off a script, too.
