Basically I experience the exact thing as the person above where my "friend" contacted me and told me they saw my name on the CNCS list and I should contact them because received a huge amount of money from them and I can too. I never heard of this organization and when she forwarded the link for me to contact them I searched to learn more about them which brought me to your page indicating that this was indeed a scam. I never did click the link and have blocked them from contacting me any further.
