Reached out to by text. Sent 2K to the people claiming to be the ones giving the Grant. Thought he was getting $700,000 in return. Thought it was for a federal grant. Said he was told it was to pay for security guards to bring the money to him. They wouldn't call they would only text. Then when questioned some... Said they were a 75year old woman with 3 kids who wouldn't lie.
