This company claims to help businesses with a difficult government registration process. The tag line of their email contains private business information and the name of a government agency that they are not affiliated with. Once the fee is paid, they process the order within 3 days. In that time, I received a Zoom invitation required for completion of registration. After logging into the meeting, I received an error message saying the meeting was invalid on 2 different occasions. After being told that I could not complete account set up until I used a webcam and provided my ID, I realized this was a scam. I canceled the service and was told that a refund would not be issued because the cancelation window was 3 days per the agreement I signed. This is impossible as you cannot cancel the account within 3 days because it takes them 3 days to finalize it. The funds are withdrawn within seconds. When I asked to see that agreement as I did not sign it, my signature from the bank payment was transposed onto a document I had never seen. After filing a complaint with the BBB, I was contacted by the company's rude representative who argued with me about these facts. She admitted that their company had done nothing to help set up our registration and with the help of the BBB, she agreed to a refund within 4-6 weeks. I have not received this refund, as I expected. Now I am seeking an investigation into this company for using my signature for a document I did not sign or review prior to them transposing it onto it. The ScamPulse.com has 17 claims against this "F" rated business.

They provide a phone number and contact form, but they do not have an option to speak to anyone and you cannot leave a voicemail or advance through the directory without submitting additional financial information. The link to contact them is broken.
