An ad video popped up on YouTube offering help/connection to getting $5,000 in government subsides. When you click on the link, it opens up a website and asks you a series of questions. After answering the questions, you are prompted to call a phone number and a countdown clock starts. I'm not sure what happens after that. I didn't trust it and didn't call them.
