Im looking into this as well. A coworker of mine was applying for these grants as well. He showed me a picture of an 8k check his niece sent him that she had gotten from this guy. I asked him to swnd me the link but when i clicked on it i got nothing. Im waiting to see how this goes with him as we speak.

One of my friends messaged me about a current program on a grant, so I asked her for information. She gave me the website and told me to say. Hello Sir, I would like to apply for the program. Mr. Bernhardt responded and explained in detail about the program before he sent the form for me to fill out. I filled out the form on messenger and then he told me, he would check with the management for a proper review and to get me approved. Then he said congrats, you are successfully registered and approved for a grant for $13,000. Also said your grant will be delivered in a check by our mailman upon completion of the entire process. I was told this morning (Aug 13) that my check was to be delivered today by 6 PM. He sent me a message that before we proceed there was $200 a delivery fee. So I said if it is a government grant why do I have to pay a delivery fee. I don't have any money to pay so put a stamp on an envelope and mail to me. I said this is a scam so he said Madam, this is not a scam. We don't scam people here, your check will be delivered to you. At 2:09 PM, he asked me, are you ready to make payment. I replied no, I don't. Please explain why do I have to pay a delivery fee on a grant. Subtract the $$ from the grant. I am still waiting on an answer. My friend paid $300 for a $8,000 grant. Hope and pray she did not get scam.
