I signed up on the website to register for TSA Pre-Check. After the registration, my credit card was immediately charged the fee ($149.95). The date I requested for TSA pre-check appointment came, and still no contact from the company. When contacting their help (chat on the website) I was given every excuse: "Can't find email address"; "our fee is only $97, so you must have made a mistake"; "we should have sent an email receipt, can you share that"

Finally, I stated that this was a scam to their help desk, and then the immediate reply, was that "he would get back to me in 24 hrs regarding the reimbursement". I don't believe this will happen. This website / company is a fraud.

I was looking at applying for TSA PreCheck. I searched in my google search bar for TSA PreCheck. I clicked on what I thought was the application for TSA Precheck but turns out it was scam. The website is govlplus.com. As I was applying, I thought how quickly it was then it asked for payment information. I provided my credit card number. Then it took me to a page stating they needed more information to complete my application. I knew at that moment it was a scan. I called the phone number demanded a refund. They said they can cancel my account, refund me and I will still be able to use the services provided. I did not want their "services." They also mentioned I needed to say "Yes" three times in order to cancel and refund me. I told them I know this is a scam and they said I should have read the very bottom of their website stating that it is not a government website. I advised them that I have reported it to the ScamPulse.com and my bank. He did not care. I knew it was a scam and reported a claim to my bank.
