So this is a IRS tax relief program for Covid 19 the Self-Employed Tax Credit (SETC) year 2020- 2021 sick leave refund. I first went to his office Monday 3/11/24 morning to see what was the required tax documents 1040 tax forms for 2020 & 2021 and see how much was the fee. The representative had originally said he would charge only 10% of the total tax relief amount. So I went Tuesday 3/12/24 with the required tax forms & Social Security, account number, ID. He had make copies of all of my documents and put them on is computer as a .PDF file. Then he explained that the charge for his service would be now 30% instead of the 10% like promised. I absolutely didn’t not want to do for the price and began to get my stuff and leave. He harassed me and demanded that I pay the fee so I called the police and they told me go to the Martinez Court House to file civil matter against the Gigworkers Solutions and to go here Better Business Bureau to report this fraudulent and scammer who doesn’t even show the name of his business outside the building. This guy is a false lying phony and scammer hoping you fall for his BS. He is on 1010 AM radio station advertising his business in Spanish that’s how I heard about him in the first place. I also reported him to the radio station. This [censored] wanted $4,000 dollars for his service to just scan and take copies. I don’t even know how many people fell for this scam but probably many. He still has all my information on his computer including Ssn, ID, account numbers and copies of my tax returns of 2020 & 2021. He refuse to delete them discard the copies. And I have no clue what he can do later with all my information.
