Type of a scam Employment
Two more days later after I followed their instructions they emailed me saying I was selected to move forward in the interview process but to do so I had to call the following number (888) 877-3005 to show them how good my Spanish really was, they included some text I needed to say during my phone call and then I realized this was a scam to buy their Rosetta Stone program. The line in Spanish translated as follows: "I'm interested in learning English with Rosetta Stone...." which of course didn't make sense cause if they are asking "to hire translators" from English to Spanish is implicit that one already knows English, otherwise the translation would be impossible to do.
Of course I never called that number, I also googled it and it does belong to Rosetta Stone, I also checked their fake website govtranslator.com in more detail and it only has 2 web pages, not phone number, not address, no nothing.
I just can't believe these people, if I can call them people, would go that far as to create a fake website to fish buyers, it is so unfair they make us waste out time when we are only using sites as indeed.com to look for jobs not to spend money we don't have in buying useless stuff that do not work, and even if it works job seekers can take the luxury to spend time and money on things like this. Shame on you and your worth for nothing product.
