I have been called multiple times by this organization telling me I needed to answer the phone in order to extend the warranty on my vehicle information and claiming to be a part of my vehicle's dealership. They said that I could take my vehicle in to get serviced at any of my car's brand dealerships. When I finally picked up the phone they asked me personal questions in order to "verify my identity." They said they had been trying to contact me but unable to reach me. They said I needed to put a "deposit" on the order and that it was going to expire, but wouldn't let me review the materials before putting the deposit down. The verbal agreement was that it would be 15 months of ~120$ charges for a 5 year extension and would protect my vehicle in case of any factory issues like a bad battery, internal computer, or other issue to cover any repairs in the next 5 years in addition to two free service years. I waited a day to receive them and called did some investigation. The person I spoke to called himself Bruce and was very pushy and rude.

I never got the materials, but they immediately charged my card. I now have creditors contacting me. Please be warned and do not answer their calls. They used many phone numbers to call me, so I only posted some here. The customer support number they gave me is always "unavailable" and immediately hangs up. I called the dealership I purchased my car from and they told me they do not work with 3rd party vendors to offer warranty extensions like the one they sold me and this made me realized I was scammed. They had a lot of my personal information on file as I wanted to verify their identity. They knew my addresses, my Vehicle Identification Number, etc. They took my current information and credit card information.
