I received in the US Postal Service a ring with a clear stone and a grey "velvet" box which I did not order. All that came with it was a Warranty ID card instructing me to register my purchase, but I did not order this ring so I did not register it.

The Warranty ID: GRA 218854708.

The only "contact" info given is http://www.gra-moissanite.en

I have never heard of this company before. I did not order this ring. The ring band is a "squeezable to fit any size finger" type. There are misspelled words such as "fight" in the place of the correct word which is "right" regarding the sentence on the card as it is printed:

"This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other fights which vary from state."

Notice also that in the word "state" that the "s" is not capitalized as it should be since it is referring to a State in the USA.

I don't know what to do about this as I did not order this ring, nor do I want it. There is no email or phone number so I can't contact them to correct this situation.

Please look into this as I believe it is a scam.
