On October 8th, I ordered a GRACO 4ever 4-in-1 Convertible car seat and charged it to my discover card in the amount of 199.95. Since that time I received several emails and texts that the order was processed and even gave me a tracking number. After not getting anthing I began to send emails, texts and even calling to find out the status of my package. I finally got an email on 10/20 with the tracking number indicating the package was in Los Angeles. I got another email on 10/30 stating the package was at the Post Office in Lacombe and the expected delivery would be 10/31 by 8pm. I got another email stating the package would be delivered Saturday 10/31 between 9am and 1pm. The tracking number on the emails was the same tracking number given on 10/13 when I was informed the package was shipped. On 10/31 a small envelope with the same tracking number I was given on it was delivered. It had a small goldtone ball in it about the size of a golf ball. I have since called, texted and emailed the company with no response. I called my credit card company and cancelled the credit card but I still do not have the item and cannot reach the company.

We saw a car seat that we liked for our daughter on their website and ended up purchasing it for $200. We received a tracking number and after about two weeks the package arrive at our door and instead of being a full size car seat for a toddler It ended up in a small golden golf ball.
