Ordered lights and multiple times they told me they were coming soon and now when I email I get nothing, still no lights and no money back

I purchased the Dream Light LED for your TV/monitor well over a month ago and still haven't received Any kind of product or response! The only message I got from them stated there was a problem with shipping and the item was returned. They said that twice and then said they would have to refund my purchase, but never got my refund back or any other responses after those three emails. So I'm out 35$. I know it's not much, but it's the principle that upsets me! And now when you go to their "website" it says they only do bulk orders of 10 now, so they're not doing single items anymore. Smh. How do websites or "scammers" such as this get away with false information and products? They need to take serious action on stopping that bull**** once and for all! Please beware this "merchant" before you too get scammed for however much they charging at the time!

I ordered 2 dream light kits from this company for a total of $53.99 months ago and I still haven’t received my package.. I emailed them several times and they replied the first time saying my package was return to the and when I replied they no longer responded. Since then I’ve emailed several times and still haven’t got a response.. scammers

I bought an LED strip from their website and didn't receive it for over a month so I contacted the about it multiple times and have not gotten a response.

I also order a set of LED lights. Purchased 6/21/21. I am getting no response at all from them. I have tried email, voice chat and messages. But no response. Come to the conclusion of being scammed out of $44. Not a bunch of money but the principle makes me hope the worst for the person/persons behind this. It will most definitely come back to them.

I was told my shipment was returned to them for unknown reason. They do not have a real tracking number it’s a phony tracking number! They told me they would reship it. I told them I wanted priority over night shipping and tracking for the inconvenience. They told me no. I waited two weeks and emailed them again. They told me it was just shipped but it never was . I demanded a refundI was told I would have a refund posted to my account in 1 week. I was never issued my refund! I reported it to my banks claims department! THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM THAT WILL KEEP GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND!

I was told that my product was returned twice to them due to "shipping" error (which has never happened to any package coming to my address) then I was told that I needed to be refunded, they said they processed the refund however I never got it and it has been over 3 weeks now and they just refuse to respond to me anymore

I was targeted on Snap chat by this company to purchase LED lights that flash the same colors that your television displays. I paid for the product, got a reply email which I will be given a. Price of when my product will be shipped. It’s been well over a week since then. I called them several times and sent several emails. This company seems to be brand new at the scam game. There’s no way to speak to anyone. When you call the number you’re only able to leave a voicemail.
