Grace Bags is advertised as quality, crafted leather bags being sold at a discount due to "Grace" going out of business. What I received was a counterfeit PU product. The same items are being sold on another website. One of the bags is the same bag being sold on Shein for $10 USD. I disputed the charges with American Express and they will not help me. They sided with Grace Bags, even after I showed proof that this company is unethical. DO NOT buy anything from Grace Bags. You will be scammed and it will be impossible to get your money back unless you send your items back to China for much more than the items are worth. Big lesson learned.

Website advertises leather handmade bags and implies bags are made in the US. All bags shipped from China and are of low quality thin synthetic material of some sort.

I too fell for the very well laid out website using AI images. It's going to be hard to trust any website moving forward. Every bag, with few exceptions states "Made from high-quality leather" when is it clearly made out of vinyl. There's no branding to Grace Bags. I fell victim to this scam and I hope other research more moving forward, as I will from now on.

They posted on instagram about his woman Grace, and her husband, who have supposedly been making bags for years, and it was a going out of business sale. Very convincing, but when I bought some and told my friend about it she bought some. Then we both started really looking at the sight and realized she could not make that many by hand and once we really looked at it we were amazed at the AI imagery and it was major convincing. We both thought we lost money, so I contacted them and said I think they are a scam and to please refund my money. They did the next day... and did not defend themselves... so while they refunded me, the whole thing is a scary example of what we are in for with false advertising, and an AI generated material. I have a marketing company and even I fell for it.
