I then received a text/email from the shipping company stating they sent me an email. The email was from info@epsonglobal delivery.com. I contacted the seller and told them it was there responsibility to pay for shipping(this was the final straw, confirming this was a scam as they stated I would get the deposit back upon delivery, in cash.)

We wish to inform you that we are unable to start the delivery of your
male Cavapoo Puppy that was registered with our company to be
transported over to your location for safety reasons, though the
shipping fee has been paid, Your puppy was grounded by the (Pets Control
department in collaboration with the Pets Transportation Security
Administration(P.T.S.A) here for not using the adequate or proper crate
for transportation contrary to the law protecting Animal Safety.
We need U.S Approved Electronic Crate and Anti Pressure Vaccines for
your puppy before we can proceed with the delivery. The crate provided
by your sender is a regular pet crate and thus below standard and not
approved under the U.S Pets control law to transport pets within this
category.
We want you to understand that the lowest grade of a U.S Approved
Temperature Regulator Crate cost $600, but we can't ask you to purchase
the crate because it will be of no use since the Crate is only needed to
Fly Pets from one destination to another, So we have provided Rental
options for our clients to enable them to spend absolutely nothing since
their rental deposit will be fully refunded upon arrival of their Pet.
This is how it works:
-Clients select one of our three Temperature Regulator Crate rental
options below.
-Client Pays the deposit amount as seen on the Temperature Regulator
Crate category below.
-Our company provides the Crate after confirmation of rental fee(
Deposit).
-We fly customer's pets to His/Her destinations.
-We deliver the Customer's pet and then take back our Temperature
Regulator Crate and Refund the customer's rental money cash upon
presentation of the deposit payment receipt to our agent that brings the
pet, We will deduct just $50 for the anti-pressure vaccinations given to
the pet by our Vet.
NOTE
We are doing our utmost best to make sure your pet is delivered in good
health because if by any case your pet dies while in our custody our
company will have to compensate you the cash sum of $15,000.00 for the
loss of the pet and also for you to get a new pet of this category so
therefore we have to be on a safe side and ensure your pet arrive your
home in good health condition.

damages to the Temperature Regulator Crate during the delivery process,
so you have these options below to choose from and do let us know which
one you prefer, and be rest assured to get your money upon our arrival
cash.
