I thought I was purchasing a brand new treadmill from amazon.com. Turn out it was from a third party called Grace Love. When I received the treadmill and opened the box it was damaged, so I still proceeded to see if it would work and it didn't come on. I can only talk to the seller through email, these is no phone number where they can be reached. The seller did say to return the damaged treadmill, but it would cost me more than 850.00 to send it back. I even talked to amazon several time with no resolution. The last time I contacted them, I was told not to contact them anymore, that I didn't have a case, and they would not reply to my emails any more.
