I encountered an add for "going out of business sale" from a woman named Grace who was selling Leather bags for very discounted prices down from very high prices for leather purses and bags. I ordered 9 bags to give for Christmas gifts for my daughters. What has arrived are vinyl bags that have deep creases in them. There is NO leather involved.

I have written to customer service at gracebags.com. There is no phone number. I finally was able to track the shipment thru the order tracking coming from China. I went online to see if others were also scammed. One man got 60% of his money back but that's the only one that said he was able to get his money back. This scam is all over Facebook. It needs to be shut down!!

They advertise as genuine cowhide leather, but it plastic. They refuse to issue a refund, they say I can return the item but I'm not willing to invest any more money in this scam and I refuse to mail to China!
