The website claims it is an older woman who makes real leather bags by hand and is retiring and selling out. The site offers full refund, “ no questions asked” . I tried to return a $100 bag. They proceeded to offer me 15% of my money back, then 30% then max 40%. I just wanted to return it for a full refund. I tried to get a return label but it was going to costs $50. Now they won’t answer my emails. I am so mad.
