Saw an ad online for discounted leather bags. The woman was supposedly going out of business after 34 years. The bags shown looked like quality leather bags supposedly hand made by this woman. These bags were reduced by 75% to 80% of orginal retail cost. Too good to be true? Yes. Needless to say I bought one. I added express shipping to the purchase. It was taking long to receive. I tried calling but there was no number indicated. I then e-mailed them at the support e-mail indicated. They never responded. Another two weeks went by. I finally got it. When I opened the pkge, I was flabergasted. It was nothing like it looked online. There was no tag indicating that it was genuine leather. It didn't even smell like leather. The product was actually vinyl. I tried to mail it back for a refund but there was no return address or a return label in the pkge. These people were scammers. I called my credit card company to cancel my card and reissue a new one. I would like to warn others not to be fooled by this ad and these people who are nothing but a bunch of liars and big time scammers. Thank you.

This website is scamming people by using someone else's website that is probably now closed down. If you visit the site you will see how slick it is. The handbag I bought was not made by the leather crater but in a factory in China. It is defective and doesn't fit the description. . If you visit Trustpilot you'll see others are being scammed.

I said Hialeah Florida as the address of the scammer because that is the only address I have. It was the return address on my shipment.

However someone who was also scammed gave in a review a return address for refund. It is an address in Ningbo, China.

The quality of these items are not as described and I am very disappointed. The material is not real leather. There is a chemical smell, the zippers are poor quality and the bags are not handmade as described on the website. They also say they are made in Utah, but the shipment came from China

Online website says handcrafted leather bags. It states that she (Grace) is closing her business and all bags are at a steep discount. I purchased 3 bags for $136. The bags arrived and they are plastic, not leather. When asked for a refund they said their warehouse is located in Asia and offered me a 15% refund instead of shipping the bags back due to shipping costs. I declined and asked for a full refund. They then came back with a 30% refund, and increased to 60% refund without returning the bags. I initially declined because I wanted all my money back, but shipping costs would be been $50 and I was afraid I wouldn't get my full refund back. So I accepted the 60% refund, which is 78 out of my $136 I paid. I am still unhappy as the bags are not leather and are not handcrafted bags. There website is a complete scam and sucks buyers in. They make their money and offer partial refunds so people don't have to pay shipping costs for the refund.

Gracie's bags stated she and her husband were closing their leather pocketbook business and selling the pocketbooks so i purchased 2 for 95 dollars. I paid via visa online on Oct 27 and have inquired several times as I have not received my package.

Graces-bags is a fake sight for leather bags supposedly made by Grace herself where in actuality the fake purses are sent from a distribution center in China from LTF Ads LTD. I was refunded the money back from PayPal after resolving my disputed case against this company.

This website Graces-bags has a picture of a couple and they go and say they are closing their business and selling final products etc so I and many others have ordered and I received cheap quality purses from China not once did it state they were coming from china or international. I communicated with them and asked and my package even has a label from Vernon , ca . I contacted graces-bags immediately and complained and she offered to give me 20% etc , I say no I was told to return to original source. It would cost me over 200. Dollars ! I want my refund this is a scam and I have tried to find telephone number nothing. All I can do is text to Graces-bags .com

Ad on Facebook was for a leather bag company that was closing down and selling out its inventory. Beautiful leather bags were shown. I received Chinese-made faux leather plastic bags instead. They would not pay for a return but said I’d have to pay $30 to send back to China, or keep the junk and get a 20% discount, still giving them a huge profit for this plastic bag.

The scammer used a picture of a nice looking gray haired couple who had their leather shop for 34 years making exquisite high grade leather bags and they were closing their doors and was selling what they had in stock. It stated Grace designed and would over see all the bags made. While they advertised with pictures of beautiful leather bags with high prices which one would think they were real leather and worth the discounted prices. I was purchasing what I thought was fine leather to give as gifts. It gave this as email ([email protected])... I paid with debit bank card and I am so worried they have my information. I just want my money refunded and they can have their cheap crap that is no where near the amount of money that was paid for cheap vinyl. So mad that I was scammed by them. Please help me..

Advertising genuine leather, hand crafted bags by a woman named Grace. Target marketed on Facebook and Instagram that these bags were up to 60% off as the owner and maker was closing her business. What I received were 3 of the cheapest, fake leather bags. When I reached out to their customer service demanding a full refund, they stated I would have to pay a $30-$50 shipping fee as their warehouse is located in CHINA!!! Fortunately I filed a fraud dispute with my credit card and won, getting the full amount of money back but we need to shut this fraud account down immediately before more people get ripped off!

The business purports to be a small leather goods company run by a woman called 'Grace'. By all indications, Grace is American and the whole situation is small and family run. They advertise that she's going out of business and everytihng is on sale. In reality, the products are made in China and are 100% plastic and there are no refunds unless you ship the item back to China at great cost. It's a dumb, easy scam but I fell for it and I don't want others to fall for it too.

Grace’s Bags is an online business purporting to sell handmade leather goods. The website explains the owner, Grace, makes the bags and is retiring and selling all of her inventory at a discount. I purchased several bags and they took about a month to arrive from China. The bags are cheaply made out of synthetic material.

"I will replace it if you don't like it for free".

Ordered 2 leather bags, recieved VINYL-Plastic bags. I complained and they responded as follows,

As noted in my return policy, I don't offer free returns, and since I'm based in China, return shipping can be quite costly (around $30-50 USD). If you accept this offer, I will process the refund within 24 hours.

This way, you won't have to cover the return shipping costs, and you get to keep the bags, which is also a more environmentally friendly option.

The website does NOT indicate that they are manufacturing and shipping from China. It is a complete RIP-OFF.

I ordered bags from this company that is stating "Grace" is an old woman and with her husband, she is closing her shop of 34 years and offering discounted real leather bags. Upon ordering, I got shipping information from a Chinese shipping company and realized these aren't some old lady closing up her leather shop. I emailed to cancel the order and was told that I could only cancel within 24 hours of ordering. The seller admitted these were not real leather bags in my email correspondence with them. They are running a scam and selling "PU Leather" (basically vinyl) bags as real leather bags.

The scammer advertises on their website that their bags are made of real leather, but when I received them it turns out it is not leather at all. When I emailed them, there is no response from the company. I wanted to return this poor quality product, but no one is reacting to my 4 emails I sent out. I was going to put a review on their website, but I could not find the option for that.

I originally saw this on Instagram and followed up to there website. They make it sound and post a pic of a woman working with leather. Going out of business sale. Leather purses. So I bought some. I received them from L.A. CA, so it didn’t take too long to receive. The product is not leather and is polyurethane.I wouldn’t even say they are a good fake leather. Awful product. I will have to ship back to China for a refund. Please check into their false advertising and website so others are not scammed.
