I placed an order in February 2020 and 90 days later, still have no package or refund. Each time I emailed, they provided the same bogus tracking number and excuse for me to just wait. I've had to open a dispute with PayPal. They sell cheap knockoffs of original ideas, so morally, they are REPUGNANT and their business is shameful. AVOID AT ALLLLLLLL COSTS.

I went through the same thing-- pay pal refunded me, I called their customer service and explained that I read horrible reviews and also never received the item.

there's a trick about china post tracking-- as soon as the package enters the US it can't update the info, so even if you receive the thing THEY CAN'T PROVE IT!

I would suggest just calling paypal customer service, they were really understanding!

I am currently filing a claim with PayPal. This company needs to be stopped. Item I ordered 2 months ago still not arrived and they avoid my questions about selling cheap copies! The thought that they are stealing pictures off of crafters websites makes me sick!

I was able to get a refund from paypal- I called customer service and explained how bad the reviews for this site are, the company will keep trying to reply to the dispute with the tracking number-- but if you call and actually talk to someone they should refund you

I ordered a metal barbed wire corner spider web. I have included the description of the item I ordered.. I received a cheap plastic dollar store web.. When I emailed them about it, they said it was exactly what I ordered and due to the items being handmade they could be different from the picture... Well come to find out the pictures they posted are stolen and in no way is the plastic piece I received handmade.. It is a cheap manufactured plastic spider web.. Total garbage...

Same as everyone else. I e-mailed them and here is their reply:

"Firstly, we are deeply sorry if our product cannot meet your expectations a little bit.
We have been trying our best to make all orders as fast and perfect as possible. As in the description on our website, this item is totally handmade. Therefore, there may be some little differences in each item.
We can't ensure that the item you receive will completely look like the pictures on our website due to the differences of colors on each monitor screen. Every item is made by hand and gets its own face. Hope you understand.
Once again, we are sorry for this unhappy experience. We will try our best to improve our products and services in the future. We would appreciate your kind understanding this time."

So basically we hear you but are not doing anything about it. I sent another e-mail and they didn't respond so I requested a refund and still no response. Anyone who reads this be sure to pass it on and make sure no one buys these products. I found the person who is really selling this product and am informing them. Hopefully something will happen to stop these people.

hi, I'm replying to everyone here because I had to deal with this company and they are HORRIBLE-- try calling either paypal or your bank customer service and dispute the charge, explain that you NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM

saying the item is "not as described" is the hardest way to get a refund.

their china post tracking stops updating as soon as the package enters the US, so they won't be able to prove you ever received it
