Ordered carry on suitcase. Commercial on site seemed legit. After 2 months no suitcase contacted seller by e-mail. Sent a tracking site but it didn’t work. They sent this twice and wanted me to sign up for the site n pay. Then they stated it was delivered n to check with my neighbors did that n checked security cameras no package. They won’t tell me how it was shipped by post office, fed-x etc and now just telling me it’s my issue and won’t refund my money. Do not feel this is a legit site. Saw where other consumers have experienced the same issues.
