He was notified through facebook messenger, from a friend, that free grant money was available for starting a business if you fill out an application. They said to be very truthful with your answers. They asked for a copy of drivers license (which was sent) along with the application. They immediately notified him of his qualification, that it was approved. it sounded too good to be true, he researched and found his friend who referred him got hacked. It was immediately reported to facebook and no further information was given.

This Scam was that I paid a small fee for my big wins but the fee grew and grew every day The Gradient outreach Program used my mother's Messenger account to contact me.
