I placed in February 2020 the tracking information stated that it would ship in 5-7 days. I checked my tracking information no update concerning where the package is. Sent an email in March 9, 2020 and called the number on the website. The number is no longer in service. Check out the location on Google maps not a legit address. The company is scamming people out of their money and not sending them the merchandise. Please stop this from happening to other consumers.

I went to google and searched Infant Car Seats. This website popped up saying I could get one for $39.99. I said ok cool it looks nice I'll buy it. Paid for it on the 26th. I woke up on the 29th to an email from paypal with the tracking number in it. I clicked on it and it said the car seat was delivered on the 28th which it wasn't. So I look at the UPS tracking page a little more and it said it was left at the office with "Darrel." There is no office where I live. My husband calls UPS and they say it was delivered at blah blah business (just so happens to be located right down the road from our house) and that they can't find anything in our name. Well it's Saturday so we have to wait until Monday for the business to open back up so we can call and talk to them. When my husband called they have no idea what we are talking about. So we made a claim through UPS which is still on going. The next day I went and made a claim with paypal since we used them to check out. Well Paypal denied our case because we were sent a tracking number and it shows it was delivered. In order for us to get our money back we had to make a claim with our bank. I found a website where this has happened to so many other people and they have multiple sites. I am sure if I never took action with my bank I would have lost out on product and lost money.
