On 12/5/23 I purchased a vanity on gralvira. They were promoting it on tik tok. I went the site and purchased for my daughter. After a week I contacted them via email asking about shipment of the vanity. I was told they had high volume and should be shipped soon. I contacted them in another week and was told due to high volume the vanity would be here by early January. I contacted them again on 1/1024 asking for response. They said it is the warehouse who ships and not them directly. On 1/11/24 I emailed I wanted a refund. They responded saying it will be in my account in 7 days, please be patient this is an international transaction. On 1/23/24 I had not received the money and emailed again and no response. I emailed on 1/30/24 and still no response. This is a scam and they took my money and I am scared because I used my debit card.
