We have owned our property outright for 15 years and this letter demands immediate response to this final notice regarding our property that is secured by “your current lender which is Grand Valley Bank. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 1-800-916-8689.”

There is a local bank here with that name, but I don’t believe they sent this to me. And we don’t even bank there. Of course we never called the number, just Googled the phone number and came to this.
